Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Time Frame: You must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Custom or personalized items.
Perishable goods.
Sale or clearance items.
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at
sales@misraab.com.mv or +960 3333521 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Pack and Ship
Once you receive your RA number, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals,
and any promotional items received. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Step 3: Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item).
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
